Oxxford has a number of tools
designed to help Property and Casualty insurers assess
potential risks by company and portfolios. These
tools include:
- Commercial Contents and
Inventory (CCI) -- determines by size of business and industry
normative replacement cost for equipment and inventory.
- Attractiveness Risk Model (ARM) -- determines a relative score for insurance prospects - based on
a database containing external and
internal risks for each prospect. This data base is designed
to identify those businesses that are attractive due to
being relatively low Property and Casualty Risks.
- Risk Assessor -- detail on specific
risks associated with a business including, Terrorism
potential, National Fire Experience, Crime rates in a
businesses neighborhood, flood plain, windstorm,
Environmental Risks, plus proximity risks due to nearness to
other commercial risks.
- Category Auditor -- matches by location
assigned Industry, size, and employment details against
elements in Oxxford’s National Business database to verify
key elements for risk ratings in each business.
